She has been in ready-to-wear contemporary and designer for nearly 10 years, working in fashion for 17.

"I created Rollin Racks Style Agency to solve fashion's biggest problem: look sustainability and accessibility. I wanted to reinvent why my clients loved me so much as a stylist and why I was always able to outsell all my coworkers! I have always created an experience for clients, so even when they thought they were going on a quick Saks run, they were met with someone like me who was about to offer a fine-dining-like shopping experience—even for clients who don't purchase anything or may only buy 1 or 2 pieces. I had the blueprint to what consumers wanted and needed, and that's a service. Not more clothes, not more shoes, or more accessories. They want to be serviced. Therefore, we exist!"
