Personal Shopping

In 2016, I played a key role in opening the Zara store in Ohio, just months before launching my styling agency, Rollin Racks. While training in Chicago, I was relocated, given a car, and spent the summer working in various Zara locations. During this time, I gained valuable insights into RFID technology and learned that Zara prioritizes image over customer service, with a rapid two-week turnaround from the runway. I worked my way up to Fashion Manager in Women's, boosting sales significantly and enjoying the impact I had. I remember collaborating with Kevin Hart’s wife, who took a lovely photo in a dress we chose together.

I also met fabulous clients like Prima Donna, who was from Chicago but also shopped with me in Beverly Hills. It was amazing to have supporters from across the country. Recently, while shopping for a client, I returned to the very store I helped open in Ohio. It felt like my "baby" store, as I was involved in everything from scheduling to hiring. However, I noticed how retail has changed: there was no assistance available, the line was long, and only one cashier was working. This experience reinforced why I left retail to create Rollin Racks—I recognized that clients needed a different kind of service.

The personal shopping experience has diminished in retail, often seen as something only celebrities can access. Yet, having a stylist can save clients money and truly transform their lives. I love taking my time to shop for clients, carefully considering material and fit. Exceptional customer service is essential, and exploring multiple stores rather than sticking to one brand can be game-changing.

We highly recommend our five-star personal shopping service. Let a stylist redefine your wardrobe and elevate your life, ensuring you’re ready for any occasion.
