Having a Stylist is about ACCESS time and saving money! Many of our clients have style and "can dress". Our luxury services provide convience and sustainability in your waredrobe. Our clients are usually busy and want rare options to choose from. Rollin Racks spealizies in fit knowing what works for each individual body type.
Can I return items purchased directly from the website?
Rollin Racks offers exchange ONLY for items unworn and still in selling condition
How do I book an appointment?
Free consultations are booked on the services page. If you are already a Rollin Racks client please send an email on the contact page and a stylist will contact you directly to set up an appointment.
What if I want to have an event and book Rollin Racks?
All Booking goes through email, at this time clients will be sent a style assessment and pay pal link to book appointment.
How do I pay if I don’t have Pay Pal?
Clients don’t have to have a Pay Pal account to make a payment
If the stylist is shopping for me when do I pay?
The flat rate fee of $50 is due to book an appointment. Once the appointment is made client will be billed and payment is due upon arrival. This payment includes the flat rate fee $100 and the chosen budget shopping amount.
What if I don’t like the items the stylist choose?
All items purchased by the stylist are returnable the turnaround date varies depending on the items and will be given to the client at the time of the appointment
Will the stylist make my returns for me?

What if it is a fashion emergency?
Fashion emergencies can be handled by phone, facetime or in person. Clients can simply email us will “911” in the subject line and we will be respond ASAP these request take priority
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Once a Stylist is onset a company agrees to our terms even if they have not signed a content
Rollin Racks is not responsible for any personal lost items
All Payments must be made in full once services are completed an interest of 10% will be applied to late payments
If payments are late the client is in a violation of our terms and legal action will be taken against the client after 30 days
If a client is dissatisfied with the services they have the right to end the contract however; services rendered must be paid in full
Clients are responsible to pay a daily rate set by the stylist, daily budgets are negotiated between client and stylist due to the unique nature of clients needs
Payments to all stylist working with or for Rollin Racks go through our site or directly to the CEO Christine D Turner
Clients using Rollin Racks photos or stylist looks are asked to credit the stylist
Tagging each individual items are not necessary using the hashtag #RollinRacks is suggested
Items rented from Rollin Racks must return in wearable conditions any permanent stains the client will be charged for the full price of the garment
All Items must be returned within 3 days postmarked or in person
Rental fees for equipment will be applied to the invoice
Any equipment lost or damaged will be billed to the client
Any client in violation of these terms will not be allowed to book in the future and are subject to legal ramifications
